How does art licensing work?
Depending on your project, you can choose between non-exclusive and exclusive licensing. With an exclusive license, the selected artwork is reserved for your brand within the agreed terms. With a non-exclusive license, the artwork may also be licensed to other brands.
Based on your project details, I’ll prepare a licensing agreement outlining the selected artwork, product category, duration, territory, and usage terms. Once the agreement is signed and the payment has been received, you’ll receive the production-ready files to manufacture your products with the supplier of your choice.
I retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork and derivative works at all times.
